This document governs the privacy notice of Sympatent Assistant ("Software") provided by the Owner and distributed through Microsoft's software and web marketplace ("Appsource").

Definitions

Non-personal data is information that is in no way personally identifiable.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

A User is someone who uses our Software.

Information we collect

The Owner collects the following Personal Data through the Software he provides and that Users can download from directly from the Appsource repository:

· Email address of the user during sign-up

· First and last name of the user during sign-up

· Company name of the user during sign-up

This information is not shared with any third party services.

The Software could be certified by Microsoft. In this case it only receives data from the Microsoft Appsource Service and no information is transmitted to third party services. Certified Software is clearly identified by images and text in the AppSource listing.
